A skin contact blend of Gewürztraminer, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Auxerrois, and Riesling from five different organic vineyards with varying soil types and elevations. Each grape variety is vinified separately with 30 days of skin contact then aged in neutral oak barrels for 6 months before blending. Unfined and unfiltered, with a small amount of SO2 at bottling.
