The nose displays citrus peel and pollen. The palate is snappy with taut lemon curd and almost tropical fruit before finishing with the savory, nutty characteristic of the intentionally oxidized whites of this producer. A fantastic and fascinating wine. Aged in oak. Organically farmed.
