All of the larger Champagne houses are Negociant-manipulants or NMs this means they purchase their fruit from farms across Champagne. The wines we'll be tasting are from the smaller RM ( récoltant-manipulant) producers. Otherwise known as Grower Champagnes these are true vignerons they own the land, farm the grapes, and make the wine!
