Manzoni Rosa sparkling Extra Dry is an excellence of our company. Incrocio Manzoni Rosa 1.50 is the result of Professor Manzoni's study who invented the this cross between Trebbiano and Traminer. The result is a medium size grape with light pink fruits, which after one month of maceration becomes a pink sparkling wine. Rare and unconventional, with a thin bubble and citric notes, unusual for rosé wines. Perfects for aperitives with friends, looking for an original product. It pairs well with light dishes of vegetables and fish.
