50 to 70 year-old Carignan, Syrah, and Valdiguié vines from Green Valley in Solano County. Clay and loam soils. Carignan and Syrah are destemmed and fermented in stainless steel, while the Valdiguié undergoes carbonic maceration, also in stainless. Aged separately for eight months in neutral barrique before blending in tank before bottling.
